Always get the chicken tenders, wonderful mashed potatoes, and green beans. Rolls with honey are greatness. Fried catfish is also good. Don't forget they do serve breakfast!

This is the place to go if you want great service along with delicious food. Each time I go I always get the two piece meal. Two wings, mashed potatoes, gravy on the side, green beans, and a yeast roll. The chicken is always fresh and you can see them bring fresh food constantly. If you're over near Snider Plaza, I employ you to give them a try. I promise you will not be disappointed. Make sure you say hello to Debra Fontenot the manger. She's always wearing a smile and greeting people when she's there.

Best chicken tenders in Dallas. The mashed potato and cornbread work as the perfect back up dancers to the chicken tender main feature. Old school diner vibes with really nice people behind the counter. I stop here every time I visit the Cerulean Gallery next door. An absolute staple and unmissable if you come to town looking for a down home country meal.

My client and I were craving fried chicken livers, so i searched for them in Yelp! We stopped in to Bubba's and were not disappointed. The livers were all large, firm without being tough, and the coating was deliciously crunchy. The ambiance was casual, which was great for a late afternoon lunch. The service was outstanding. They noticed my client walked with a cane and, without even asking, brought our meal to us. My client and I will definitely be back!

Probably my favorite fried chicken spot in Dallas. Nothing fancy, but truly Southern style everything from the chicken to the mash potatos to the green beans and biscuits. I love their fried chicken and nothing fast food wise can hold a candle to it !

The fried chicken here is the best in the USA ! We go out of our way to pick some up whenever we visit family in Dallas and bring a big box back to New York!

Needed update. I've been by many times since my last update. The last two times there were a few hiccups. There were years if not a decade plus run of perfection. So,I felt I needed to apprise the Yelpiverse of possible cracks in the facade of Bubbas perfection. I use the drive through 9 times out of 10. But,today I wanted to utilize all my sleuthing skills so,parked and entered. After years of seeing familiar faces today I saw none. This included a gentleman that appeared to be the manager. My order was efficiently filled and I was out the door. I did ask the young lady preparing my to go order if the business had changed hands. A few years ago Bubbas opened an outpost in Frisco that recently closed. Their product quality never rose to the occasion which amazed me. She looked at me not knowing how to respond and shook her head ," I don't know". All the signs of ownership change are on the surface. Let's see what happens. Doesn't matter to me who owns it,as long as the chicken maintains the award winning quality Today's meals were very good but,not 5 star good. Fingers crossed.

I was in town for a wedding and was needing to get some black eyed peas and something green for new years. All of this food was so delicious! There was a line all the way through the restaurant but it was worth the wait! I'm not huge on fried things, but I will always get this fried chicken tenders!! Laid back atmosphere where people come in their pajamas. Seems like the perfect place for some late night bites or lazy day food!
